Unlike other NAU transfer student housing, our community offers lavish amenities created to provide residents with ample opportunities for studying, socializing and recharging. Our state-of-the-art fitness facility and Starbucks™ Café Bar are free for residents with no membership required. And relaxing and studying are a breeze with a 24-hour study lounge. And a student community wouldn’t be complete without an impressive resident clubhouse where residents can catch a Lumberjacks game, challenge the winner of a video game to a new match, or tee up with the golf simulator. Residents can grab a tasty treat at one of our on-site retail shops and bask in the mountain air in the private courtyard.

Depending on the floor plan that you select, the number of bedrooms will vary. The Standard at Flagstaff provides one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments for NAU students. Our sleek apartments are spacious, fully-furnished and move-in ready. While our apartments feature private bedrooms, certain floor plans can be selected that also offer private bathrooms.
We understand that the roommates you have are a big part of making your college experience what it is. That’s why we provide roommate-matching services for residents. Simply complete and submit a questionnaire that will allow us to gather details about your unique lifestyle choices and preferences. From there, our team will pair roommates that share similarities and residents will be notified of their new roommates!
Every apartment includes a furniture package that includes a couch; a chair; a coffee table; an end table; an entertainment stand; and bar stools. The bedroom furniture includes a bed and bed frame; a desk and chair; a dresser; and a nightstand. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances and the apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Other student apartment features include flat-screen TVs, granite countertops and hardwood floors in the common areas!
Monthly installment payments include resident in-unit WiFi, TV, cable and access to our amenities. Please note that while electric is not included in the monthly installment, we do divide the electric payment so that each resident pays only for their portion. Monthly installments are due on the first day of the month, to avoid late fees ensure that payment is made by the fifth day of the month. Monthly installments may be submitted at the management office or online via The Standard at Flagstaff resident portal.

Absolutely! Garage parking is offered on site to residents at an additional fee. If bike owners are looking for a bike rack, they are conveniently located on the deck.
The Standard at Flagstaff is located only three miles from NAU campus! Our campus is off of Route 66 and we are minutes from some of Flagstaff’s best eats and local shops! Our convenient location gives residents the freedom to explore local destinations with ease!

With our close proximity to Northern Arizona University, residents can easily walk, bike or drive to campus! Clothing boutiques and shops are also nearby in beautiful downtown Flagstaff.
